Order Processing

Our products are made to order to guarantee freshness. Therefore, all orders will be processed and shipped within 4 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for your product to arrive. If for some reason our product is not in stock, Honey Dipp's Customer Care will contact you to let you know the status of your order.

Shipping
Orders shipped to Canada and the United States are subject to a flat shipping rate of $6.00. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will be subject to additional charges. Shipping fees are non refundable. Orders of $75 and over will receive free shipping. Honey Dipp Spa does not ship to P.O Boxes
Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, Honey Dipp Spa will accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Please email refunds@honeydipp.com for authorization. Please include in your email the invoice number and the reason for return. You will then receive instructions on how to return the unused product(s)
